Modern 2D Home Floorplan

I need a clean, modern 2-dimensional floorplan that arranges three bedrooms, a generous kitchen, and an open-concept living room in a logical, efficient flow. The drawing should show accurate wall placements, door and window positions, and room dimensions so contractors can quote from it without further clarification.

Please base the design on typical single-family proportions; feel free to play with natural light and circulation as long as the overall square footage remains practical for a suburban lot. I will supply the lot measurements at kickoff—everything else, from zoning setbacks to furniture blocks, can come from your own template library or chosen CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp Layout, or similar).

Deliverables:
• Scaled 2D floorplan (PDF + original CAD file)
• A legend with room areas and key dimensions
• One revision round to fine-tune layout choices

I’ll approve the work once the layout clearly reflects a modern aesthetic, all three bedrooms meet standard wardrobe space, and the kitchen–living zone feels seamless and functional.
