My newly built 2,000 sq ft home needs a cohesive modern interior scheme that feels calm and inviting. I would like complete concept-to-layout support for the living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms.

Living Room
This space is meant primarily for relaxation and reading, so natural light, comfortable seating, and built-in shelving solutions are priorities. Please keep entertainment elements minimal and integrated rather than dominant.

Kitchen
I’m aiming for a clean, streamlined look with efficient workflow zones. Think handle-less cabinetry, subtle textures, and smart lighting that complements the overall modern style.

Bedrooms
Each bedroom should flow with the same modern language yet allow for subtle personality shifts through colour accents or artwork recommendations.

Deliverables
• Mood board(s) with colour palette, materials, and inspiration images
• Scaled floor plans showing furniture layout for all specified areas
• 3D visualisations or high-quality renders that clearly convey finishes, lighting, and spatial feel
• Itemised furniture and fixture list with suggested suppliers or equivalent sources

I work best with clear milestones—concept, draft layouts, and final package—so I can give feedback early. If you regularly use tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max, note that in your proposal; compatibility with those formats will be a plus.
