INTERNATIONAL MODEL ACQUISITION AND BRAND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
CITRINE MANAGEMENT is a professional talent and model management agency looking to expand its international presence across the USA and Europe.
We are hiring an experienced freelancer who can help us grow our agency in two major areas:
1. International Model Acquisition
2. International Brand and Client Acquisition
The goal is to build a strong international network of models while simultaneously bringing brands, agencies and commercial clients to CITRINE MANAGEMENT for model bookings, casting requirements and brand collaborations.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
MODEL ACQUISITION
We want to acquire 30 to 50 qualified models from the USA and European markets.
Target markets include the USA, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden and other European markets.
We are looking for male and female models suitable for fashion, commercial, beauty, lifestyle, editorial, e-commerce, influencer campaigns, advertising and casting opportunities.
The freelancer will be responsible for researching suitable models, contacting them professionally, qualifying interested candidates and helping convert qualified prospects into agency clients or represented talent.
BRAND ACQUISITION
The second and equally important responsibility is bringing brands and commercial clients to CITRINE MANAGEMENT.
The freelancer should identify and approach:
Fashion brands
Clothing brands
Beauty and cosmetics brands
Jewellery brands
Lifestyle brands
E-commerce companies
Hotels and hospitality brands
Advertising agencies
Creative agencies
Production companies
International businesses requiring models and talent
The objective is to generate genuine business enquiries for model campaigns, commercial shoots, advertisements, editorials, social media campaigns, e-commerce projects and brand collaborations.
SERVICES WE OFFER TO INTERNATIONAL TALENT
CITRINE MANAGEMENT may offer professional onboarding and coordination services to international models.
The proposed service charge is USD 99.
Depending on the service package, this may include profile review, professional profile coordination, casting submission, brand opportunity coordination, profile presentation and communication support.
The freelancer must communicate the service charge transparently. The fee must not be represented as payment for a guaranteed casting selection, guaranteed employment or guaranteed brand collaboration.
FREELANCER RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and identify qualified international models.
Conduct personalized outreach through Instagram, email, LinkedIn and relevant talent communities.
Build and maintain a model acquisition database.
Research international brands and potential commercial clients.
Conduct professional B2B outreach to brands, agencies and production companies.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain a CRM or Google Sheet containing all leads and their current status.
Provide weekly reports covering prospects contacted, responses, interested models, onboarded models, brands contacted, client responses and business opportunities generated.
EXPECTED TARGETS
Model acquisition target: 30 to 50 qualified international models.
Brand acquisition target: Generate consistent qualified brand and client enquiries.
The freelancer should focus on quality, genuine communication and measurable business results rather than mass messaging or fake leads.
BUDGET
Monthly budget: INR 10,000 to INR 20,000.
The final amount will depend on the freelancer’s experience, strategy and proposed deliverables.
We are open to a fixed monthly fee, performance-based incentives or a hybrid arrangement.
