Mobile Productivity App UI/UX Design

I’m building a cross-platform productivity app and need a designer who can own the entire UI/UX process for both iOS and Android from first sketch to polished prototype. The goal is an experience that feels instantly familiar, keeps busy users focused, and makes every key action no more than two taps away.

You’ll start by understanding the core workflows I’ve mapped out, then translate them into streamlined user journeys. From there I’ll rely on you for the visual language—colour system, typography, icon set, motion cues—so the app feels unified across devices yet fully native to each platform’s design conventions.

To keep the project moving smoothly, here are the concrete deliverables I expect:

• User flow diagrams that validate each major task
• Low-fidelity wireframes for rapid iteration and feedback
• High-fidelity screen designs covering all states (empty, error, success)
• Interactive prototype in Figma or Adobe XD suitable for user testing
• A concise style guide detailing colours, fonts, spacing, and reusable components
