Mobile Patient Record Management App

I run a small clinic and need a straightforward mobile application that lets my team capture, store and pull up a patient’s complete medical history at any moment. The heart of the build is a structured medical-history module linked to a prescription writer, so a doctor can open a chart, review past notes, add today’s findings, then generate and save a new prescription—all from one screen.

The app has to work smoothly on modern smartphones, store data securely on-device first, and give me an easy way to back up or export records (PDF for individual visits and CSV/JSON for bulk data). A quick search by name, phone number or patient ID is critical because we often look up a file while the patient is sitting in front of us. Appointment scheduling is not a must-have right now; however, if you can keep the architecture flexible enough to add that later, it would be appreciated.

Any well-supported mobile stack is fine—Flutter, React Native, native Android or iOS—as long as the code is clean, documented and hand-over ready. I will need the compiled app, full source code, and a short deployment guide so I can reinstall it on new devices without extra help.
