Mobile Build & Camera Stability Finisher (Contract)
(US‑Based • Eastern Time • English‑Speaking • Golf Knowledge Required)

Narrative
About the Product & Task

We have a 98% complete mobile product for golf swing analysis.
The camera module, analyzer, and correction engine are already built.
We are now entering the tuning phase — the final step before release.

Your job is not to build new features.
Your job is not to write new code.
Your job is not to do UI or backend work.

Your job is to prove the camera pipeline works and tune it to perfection.
Like a piano tuner.

You will not need to touch Google Play Store or IOS Store Connect.

Question.

Do you know anything about golf swing analyzers?
When you stand in the aperature of the analyzer the camera must see you. It must capture your silouhette and not a sofa. It must detect a golf club over a broom stick. It must work indoors, outdoors with different size people and different conditions.

Do you get the idea? My product is the same. You will download my product on Android, and or IOS and use it. Really simple. But, a living horror if the camera module does not recognize you.

Mission Summary
You will:

1. Generate two working install links — one for iOS and one for Android.
- These are private install links, not App Store or Google Play links.
- If the founder does not receive two working links, there is no contract.

2. Install the product on your own devices and test the camera module in your own home.

3. Follow the engineering test scripts we provide to validate:
- silhouette detection
- golf club visibility
- aperture firing
- frame timing
- lighting tolerance
- distance tolerance
- swing capture integrity
- routing to analyzer
- correction return

4. Physically test the product:
- Stand in front of the aperture
- Hold a golf club
- Swing the club
- Confirm the camera sees the golfer and not background objects
- Confirm the camera sees the club and not a broomstick

This is engineering testing, not user testing.
This is a piano‑tuning exercise — refining the integrity of the camera pipeline until it is perfect.

Scope of Work

Step 1 — Build & Link Generation (45–90 minutes)
- Pull the existing GitHub repo
- Build iOS and Android
- Generate private install links
- Deliver both links to the founder
- No store interaction required

Step 2 — Engineering Camera Testing (2–3 hours)
- Launch camera module
- Confirm aperture firing
- Confirm silhouette lock
- Confirm club visibility
- Confirm frame timing stability

Step 3 — Aperture Tuning (3–5 hours)
- Test in multiple lighting conditions
- Test at multiple distances
- Test with different backgrounds
- Test with different club types
- Tune until the camera pipeline is stable

Step 4 — Deliver Engineering Test Results (1–2 hours)
You will provide a professional testing report with:

- Silhouette detection rate
- Club visibility rate
- Lighting tolerance results
- Distance tolerance results
- Frame timing stability
- Aperture firing consistency
- Swing capture integrity
- Analyzer routing success

This report is how the founder validates the product before releasing it to external testers.

Required Skills & Experience

- US‑based, Eastern Time Zone
- Native English speaker
- Golf familiarity (knows stance, swing, club shapes)
- 10+ years experience with:
- mobile build engineering
- camera modules
- segmentation
- silhouette detection
- frame timing
- mobile testing

- Ability to physically test with a golf club in your home , outside, under different conditions
- Ability to generate private install links
- Ability to follow engineering test scripts
- Ability to produce professional testing documentation

Core Technical Skills (Must‑Have)

- Mobile Build Engineering — Expert in building iOS (Xcode) and Android (Android Studio) apps from an existing GitHub repo.
- Private Install Link Generation — Ability to produce working install links for both platforms without store publishing.
- Camera Module Expertise — Deep experience with mobile camera pipelines, frame capture, segmentation, silhouette detection, and timing.
- Aperture Tuning — Skilled at adjusting lighting tolerance, distance tolerance, silhouette lock, club visibility, and frame timing.
- Camera Debugging — Ability to diagnose and fix issues like mis‑detection, dropped frames, segmentation errors, or aperture misfires.
- Physical Testing Ability — Must be able to stand in front of the camera, hold a golf club, swing it, and test the product in their own home.

- Indoor Golf Testing Conditions — Understands typical lighting, distance, and background conditions golfers use indoors.

---

Testing & Reporting Skills

- Engineering Test Execution — Ability to follow detailed engineering test scripts (not user testing).
- Professional Test Documentation — Can deliver a clear report with detection rates, tolerance results, and stability metrics.
- Aperture Integrity Analysis — Ability to quantify silhouette lock, club visibility, and aperture firing consistency.
- Analyzer Routing Verification — Confirms swing capture routes correctly and returns a correction.

---

Experience Requirements

- 10+ years in mobile engineering, camera systems, or computer vision
- US‑based, Eastern Time Zone, native English speaker
- Comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast, deterministic workflow
- Comfortable physically testing with a golf club in their home
