Rental Boyfriend App Development

I am building a mobile-only platform where users can hire a “rental boyfriend” for three clear purposes: companionship at events, emotional support through in-app chat, and personalised city tours. The entire experience must live inside a polished iOS and Android application.

Core flow
• New users come in through social-media login (Facebook, Google, Apple, etc.). No other sign-up methods are planned.
• After onboarding, they browse detailed profiles, availability calendars, and service descriptions.
• Bookings are placed, paid, and confirmed within the app, with real-time chat opening automatically once a reservation is accepted.
• For tour guide sessions, the app should use location services so the renter can share meeting points and live directions.
• Every interaction ends with a two-way rating and optional tip.

What I need from you
1. High-fidelity UI/UX designs that feel warm, discreet, and intuitive.
2. Cross-platform code (Flutter or React Native preferred, but I’m open) that compiles cleanly for both stores.
3. Secure social-media authentication, token refresh, and basic GDPR data handling.
4. Integrated payment gateway, booking calendar, push notifications, and encrypted one-to-one chat.
5. Lightweight admin panel for profile approval, payout management, and dispute handling.
6. A short hand-over guide plus two weeks of post-launch bug fixing.

Acceptance criteria
• Builds submitted to TestFlight and Google Play Internal Track.
• All three service types bookable end-to-end without crashes.
• Social login works with at least two providers.
• Payments complete in sandbox mode and reflect in the admin panel.
