I need a mobile application for my Property management business.An app which needs three access points
1.Property owner/Association headtable
2.Admin

This should have two modules
1.Indeoendent houses/apartments
2.Residential/Commercial complexes

For independent houses /apartments
The property owners should be able to check the property status in few clicks.Audi reports,inspection reports and all other documents should be accessible in the dashboard.He should be able to raise queries as well.Any maintenance/renovation jobs needed should be able to be accessed by the contractors for bidding.The admin panel should be able to input all the details regarding the property.Tge whole system should bring transparency for the whole system.Some features can be AI powered as well

In case of residential and commercial module,The association headtable and the concerned property caretaker should be able to access the current status of the complexes.All services like house keeping,OEm management,security services etc should be integrated in the app.The performance evaluation and property scoring method also to be incorporated in this.Any issues related to the properties should be notified to the admin for immediate attention.Those who are defaulters for Monthly maintenance charge remittance should be notified.
Need more innovative techniques to attract customers.
It would be better if there is a module for rent/buy/sell of properties for traffic.
