Mobile App Customer Chat Support

The chat channel inside our mobile app needs steady, friendly coverage a few hours each day. Incoming messages are strictly customer-service related—almost all of them ask for real-time order status or shipping updates—so every response must be fast, accurate, and calmly reassuring.

During each shift you will open the chat console, greet users, pull up their order information in our dashboard, provide the latest tracking details, and close the conversation with clear next-step guidance. If anything falls outside standard policy you will flag the ticket for escalation so the customer never feels abandoned.

Deliverables at the end of every shift:
• Complete chat transcripts archived in our CRM
• A concise summary of any escalated or unresolved issues

Reliable English writing, quick typing, and a service-first mindset are essential. Familiarity with common help-desk tools or in-app chat platforms will make onboarding smoother, but the workflow itself is straightforward. Shift length and timing are flexible—as long as coverage remains consistent—so please indicate preferred hours in your proposal.
