# Remote Control Solar Panel Cleaning Robot – Circuit Design Service
I am looking for an experienced **electronics/embedded systems engineer** to design the complete circuit and control system for a **remote-controlled solar panel cleaning robot**.
### Project Requirements
* Design the complete electrical/electronic circuit
* **ESP32** based control system
* Wireless remote-control operation
* Control of **24V DC motors** for robot movement and cleaning mechanism
* Motor driver integration
* Forward/reverse and left/right movement control
* Variable motor speed/PWM control where required
* Emergency stop and safety protection
* Battery power management and voltage regulation
* Proper fuse, protection, wiring and connector selection
* Sensor integration for safe and reliable operation
* Remote-control receiver integration
* Circuit schematic and connection diagram
* PCB design is preferred
* Provide complete **BOM (Bill of Materials)** with component specifications
* Provide manufacturing-ready circuit/PCB files
### Existing Hardware
The robot is designed for solar panel cleaning and may operate on inclined solar panels. The design should consider **30–35 kg robot weight, 24V DC motors, track/belt drive and outdoor operating conditions**.
The final circuit should be reliable, serviceable and suitable for developing a working prototype and eventually a production version.
### Deliverables
1. Complete circuit schematic
2. ESP32 pin mapping and wiring
3. Motor driver/control circuit
4. Power distribution and protection circuit
5. Remote-control interface
6. Sensor interface
7. PCB design/layout if required
8. Complete BOM
9. Gerber/PCB manufacturing files
10. Wiring/connection diagram
11. Basic testing and troubleshooting documentation
**Experience with ESP32, DC motor control, motor drivers, RC/remote-control systems, battery-powered robots and PCB design is highly preferred.**
Please share **previous robotics/electronics projects**, relevant circuit/PCB designs, estimated timeline, and your quotation when applying.
