Mixed Data Entry to Database

Several Excel spreadsheets containing a blend of text fields and numeric values need to be migrated into my central database so that I can manage records in one place instead of juggling multiple files. The job starts with cleaning and validating each column in the worksheets, flagging any obvious inconsistencies, then entering—or importing—the information into the designated tables while preserving field formats and relationships.

Accuracy is critical: every customer name, ID number, date, and total must match the source sheets exactly, and any anomalies should be reported before submission. I will provide the spreadsheets, a field-mapping guide, and credentials to the database interface (CSV upload or direct SQL entry—whichever you are more comfortable with).

Deliverables
• A fully populated database table set that mirrors all data from the spreadsheets
• A brief change log noting corrections or issues discovered during entry
• Confirmation that record counts in the database match the original spreadsheets

The task is straightforward but detail-oriented; once complete I can move on to building queries and dashboards without worrying about scattered files.
