Update Shop Floor Plan PDF

I already have the original URA drawings for my retail unit, but the room layout on those plans is now outdated. I need a fresh floor plan that reflects the way the space is currently divided, especially the individual rooms and the entrance area. Accuracy is important because I use these drawings for regulatory submissions and internal planning.

Please work from the URA file (I will supply it in PDF) and adjust walls, door positions, and any other relevant architectural elements so they match today’s layout. I only want the built-in fixtures shown—counters that are fixed to the walls, service risers, and similar items. Freestanding furniture can be left out.

The final deliverable must be a clean, professionally drafted PDF that I can print at A3 size without losing detail. If you prefer to draft in AutoCAD, Revit, or another CAD tool, that’s entirely fine as long as the export I receive is a properly scaled PDF.

Let me know the measurements or additional information you need from me, and an estimated turnaround once you see the existing file.
