Mixed Data Entry from Files

I need every piece of that mixed data transferred accurately into a structured spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you are more comfortable with). The files arrive already digitized, so no scanning or OCR is required; this is purely an exercise in careful, error-free typing, copy-paste, and basic formatting.

Quality is more important to me than speed. I will spot-check your work, so I expect consistent formatting, correct spelling, and figures that match the originals exactly. When you return the completed sheet, please include a brief note highlighting anything you found ambiguous or potentially inconsistent in the source files—that helps me keep the dataset clean.
