Minimalist Website Sign-Up Form

I’m refreshing my site and need a lightweight sign-up form that collects just three fields—name, email, and password—under the friendly heading “Create Your Account.” The look should be clean and minimalistic, blending effortlessly with a modern web layout, and the primary “Sign Up” button must be visually prominent to drive conversions.

The form will live on an existing website (not a mobile app), so please deliver it in standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript or a framework you’re comfortable with, provided it stays fast and lean. After a user submits, an email verification link should be automatically dispatched; once confirmed, the account is activated. No CAPTCHA or two-factor flow is required right now.
