I have a fully-functional web application with roughly fifteen separate pages. While everything works, the interface feels dated and a little cluttered. I want to keep the core layout structure and our existing color scheme intact, yet elevate the overall look into a clean, minimalist style that immediately improves the user experience.

Here’s the essence of the task:
• Redesign the 15 pages so they look sharper and more professional without altering established workflows.
• Maintain the current colour palette and page structure, but refine spacing, typography, iconography and micro-interactions so the product feels lighter and easier to navigate.
• Supply high-fidelity mock-ups (Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD—whichever you prefer) and the accompanying style guide: updated font hierarchy, reusable components, button states and any new icons.
• Make sure each screen is responsive; our users switch constantly between laptop and tablet.
• Deliver assets organised and labelled so my dev team can plug them straight in.

Acceptance criteria
– All fifteen screens match the agreed minimalist aesthetic while respecting our existing colours and layout grid.
– Interactions, hover states and error messages are documented clearly.
– Final files are provided in an editable design tool with export-ready SVG/PNG assets.

If this sounds like the kind of polish you enjoy bringing to products, let’s talk and I can share a walkthrough of the current UI.
