Interior Design & 3D Render of Row House

PROJECT OVERVIEW

I am building a 3-floor row house in Kosad, Surat, Gujarat, India.
Plot size: 20' x 45'. Architect plans, electrical plans, and
plumbing plans are all ready and finalized.

I need an interior designer / 3D visualizer to help me with
interior design concepts + photorealistic 3D renders for the
entire house.

I already have a detailed design brief prepared for one room
(parking area) which will show you the level of detail and style
direction I am looking for.

WHAT I NEED

1. 3D INTERIOR RENDERS (photorealistic)
• 3-4 angle renders per room
• Warm 3000K lighting mood
• Consistent style and materials across the whole house
• Delivered in high resolution (min 2000px wide)

2. INTERIOR DESIGN DETAILING per room:
• Wall treatment (paint / tiles / paneling)
• Flooring
• Ceiling & lighting layout
• Furniture layout (existing dimensions must be respected)
• Custom carpentry designs (wardrobes, TV units, kitchen,
dressing, storage)
• Material specifications (Indian brands only — Kajaria,
Somany, Asian Paints, Merino, Century, Hettich, Havells,
Wipro, Philips, Bajaj, etc.)

3. CARPENTRY ELEVATION DRAWINGS
• Front + side elevations with dimensions for every custom
carpentry piece
• Contractor-ready working drawings

4. FINAL DELIVERABLES per room:
• 3-4 rendered images (JPG/PNG)
• Material spec sheet with brands, codes, quantities
• Carpentry elevation drawings (PDF)
• BOQ (Bill of Quantities) with rates in INR

FREELANCER REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE:
- Portfolio of Indian residential interior projects (please
share links or attach in bid)
- Software proficiency: SketchUp / 3ds Max / Coohom / Foyr /
Enscape / Lumion / D5 (any one is fine — mention which)
- Understanding of Indian materials, brands, and market pricing
- Ability to produce contractor-ready working drawings, not
just pretty renders

NICE TO HAVE:
- Based in Gujarat (Surat / Ahmedabad / Vadodara preferred for
possible site visits, but remote work is fine)
- Experience with row house / duplex / triplex projects
- Vastu awareness

HOW TO BID

8. Sample: attach 1-2 residential renders from your past work

- I am NOT looking for the cheapest bid. I am looking for good
quality, clear communication, and reliability.
- I will start with 1 room as a paid trial (parking or a
bedroom). If satisfied, we scale up to the full house.
- All communication and file exchange must happen through
Freelancer.com platform.
- I will not share original CAD/DWG files unless required (I
only have PDFs from my architect).

show you didn't read (generic copy-paste bids, "I can do this
for you sir" one-liners, etc.) will be ignored and reported.
