I'm looking for a designer to turn my vector architectural drawings (PDF) into a clean, minimalist 2.5D floor plan delivered as SVG, to be used as a background layer in a SCADA system.

Pilot scope

One medium-sized grocery store (approx. 400 m²), vector PDF plan and a style reference image supplied.
If the pilot is approved, the same workflow will be repeated for 50+ sites in batches of 5–10.

Visual style

Strictly top-down view (true plan projection, no isometric skew) – the SVG must overlay 1:1 on the original plan.
"2.5D" effect only through subtle drop shadows on walls and units, as in the reference.
Muted palette: sage-green walls, light-grey floor, white/grey refrigeration units. Low saturation.

Elements to include

Walls, doors, windows.
Refrigeration equipment only: cold rooms, refrigerated cabinets, open display cases, freezer islands.
Exclude all other furniture and fixtures.
No text of any kind – no elements, no embedded fonts, no outlined text.

Technical requirements

Optimized SVG (SVGO), no raster elements, target < 200 kB.
Groups with IDs: walls, floor, doors, and each refrigeration unit as a separate group (cold_room_01, cabinet_01, island_01…) – ID list provided.
Refrigeration unit types as reusable / elements for future sites.
Colors set as fill on groups for easy palette changes.
Deliver both the native vector file and the exported SVG.

Business terms

Please quote the pilot and an indicative per-site rate for ongoing work.
Pilot deadline: 7 days from receiving materials.
Full transfer of commercial usage rights required.

In your proposal, please describe how you structure layers and IDs in SVG for later automation.
