# Experienced App Manager / Senior Flutter Developer Needed for Ongoing Work

I am looking for a highly experienced, reliable and proactive **App Manager / Senior Flutter Developer** to assist with the ongoing management, maintenance and development of my existing mobile app, Tarjumah.

Tarjumah is a live Islamic app available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. I have invested significant time, money and effort into building this business, and I am looking for the right person to help me manage, maintain and grow it.

### What I am looking for

Initially, I need someone who can assist with small tasks, troubleshooting, updates, integrations and general app management. As I get to know your work ethic, reliability and technical abilities, there will be opportunities to take on larger projects, including a new build of additional features and integrations I have planned.

**I need someone who is:**

* Highly experienced in Flutter, iOS and Android app development.
* Confident working with existing codebases, backend systems, APIs and third-party integrations.
* Proactive, switched on and able to identify and resolve issues without needing constant supervision.
* Responsive, dependable and ready to work when tasks are assigned, with clear communication about availability.
* Able to complete smaller tasks efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
* Honest, transparent and realistic with pricing.
* Interested in building a long-term working relationship based on trust, performance and results.

### Pricing and expectations

I am looking for someone affordable who understands the value of ongoing work and the opportunity to grow with a business.

I have worked with several developers previously, and one of the biggest challenges has been pricing. I am happy to pay for experience and quality work, but I am not interested in constantly being quoted excessive prices for small tasks or being charged more than a job reasonably warrants.

If you quote fairly, communicate clearly and consistently deliver quality work, there is potential for ongoing work and larger development projects.

I want to be upfront about this from the beginning so that we respect each other's time. If your rates are very high or you are not comfortable working within an agreed budget, this opportunity may not be the right fit.
