Mine Logistics Management Support

I need hands-on help with Operational management for our mine, specifically focused on Logistics management. My goal is to streamline the entire material flow—from pit to stockpile to port—so production targets are met without bottlenecks or costly delays.

Here is what I am looking for right away:
• Analyse current haulage, stockpile, and shipping schedules to pinpoint inefficiencies.
• Design a practical dispatch plan that balances truck, conveyor, and rail utilisation.
• Set up or refine tracking dashboards so I can see tonnage, cycle times, and fleet availability in real time.
• Produce clear SOPs that keep the logistics chain compliant with local safety rules and company standards.
• Train my on-site supervisors to follow the new workflow.

I need someone who can jump in SEGERA (immediately) and deliver an actionable plan, plus the tools or templates to implement it fast. Experience with mining ERP modules (e.g., SAP, Hexagon, or similar) and data-driven optimisation tools will be highly valued.
