Migrate Multiple Titan Emails to Outlook

I need a careful, end-to-end migration of between six and twenty email accounts from Titan Mail into Microsoft Outlook. Only the email messages themselves have to make the trip—contacts and calendar items can stay behind—but I do want every existing folder preserved exactly as it is so my team can keep working without relearning where things are stored.
Here’s what matters most to me:
• All emails from each Titan inbox, including sent items, drafts, archives, and any user-made sub-folders, appear in the matching folders inside Outlook.
• No message loss, corruption, or date-stamp changes.
• After migration, each account should send and receive normally through Outlook with the same signatures and display names we use today.
• A quick verification with me once you’re done so we can spot-check a few accounts together.
If you already have a proven workflow—whether that’s IMAP sync, PST export/import, third-party tools, or a mix—I’m open to it; I just need it to be secure and minimally disruptive. Please outline your proposed approach and estimated timeline when you respond.
