Migrate Excel Leads into Zoho

I have a collection of Excel spreadsheets that hold our current contacts, leads and open deals, and I need everything moved cleanly into Zoho CRM. The job is purely data migration—no process automation or customization for now—so the focus is on accurate import, correct field mapping, and preserving existing relationships between people and pipeline opportunities.

You’ll be working with:
• Zoho CRM’s native import interface and any supporting tools you prefer
• Multiple .xlsx files containing contact, lead and deal data

Deliverables I will review:
• One-time import completed with all records visible in Zoho CRM
• Custom field mapping document so I can repeat the process later if needed
• Post-import audit report highlighting duplicates resolved, skipped rows (if any) and confirmation that deal stages align with our current pipeline

Once everything balances between Excel and Zoho, the project is done.
