Microsoft Word Report Creation

I have the content for several reports and now need a detail-oriented freelancer who can turn that raw material into clean, well-formatted Microsoft Word documents. Each report must look professional: consistent styles, headings linked to an automatic table of contents, properly captioned figures or tables, and page numbering that adjusts as the file grows.

You’ll receive my text (sometimes plain notes, sometimes partially formatted) together with any images or charts I want embedded. Your job is to organise everything into a single .docx file per report, apply an attractive yet business-appropriate template, and deliver it ready for print or PDF export.

Key deliverables
• Polished Word report(s) in .docx format
• Matching PDF exports for quick review
• All styles and sections left editable so I can update them later

Acceptance criteria
• No style overrides—only named styles that flow through the document
• Automatic table of contents and list of figures update correctly after I press F9
• All headings, footers and page numbers align with the template grid
