We are looking for an experienced Wayfair Marketplace / Partner Home specialist to help us create and launch 15 mattress product listings on a brand-new Wayfair UK supplier account.
This is not simply a copywriting project. We need someone who has hands-on experience creating products and managing listings within Wayfair Partner Home, ideally within mattresses, beds, furniture or home furnishings.
Scope of Work
You will manage the product listing process from start to finish, including:
Set up and create approximately 15 mattress listings
Create and correctly structure SKUs and product variations, including different mattress sizes
Complete Wayfair's product/item specification sheets where required
Enter all required product attributes and specifications
Write clear, accurate and optimised product titles and descriptions
Complete dimensions, weights, materials, construction, firmness and other mattress-specific attributes
Upload and correctly assign product images
Set up manufacturer model numbers, supplier part numbers and other product identifiers
Help organise products and variations correctly so we avoid duplicate or incorrectly structured listings
Enter carton/package dimensions and weights
Complete pricing and product cost information
Assist with inventory and fulfilment information where required
Identify and resolve missing information, errors or listing validation issues
Check listings for accuracy before submission
Work through any Wayfair catalogue errors or listing issues until the products are successfully submitted and ready to go live
Experience Required
Previous Wayfair experience is essential.
Please only apply if you have personally worked inside Wayfair Partner Home and have experience adding or managing product catalogues.

What We Will Provide
We can provide product specifications, mattress sizes, construction details, product images, pricing/cost information and other information required for the listings.
We need you to tell us exactly what additional information or documentation is required and help us organise everything correctly for Wayfair.
Important
Our Wayfair account is brand new, so we would prefer someone who understands the complete process rather than someone who has only edited existing Wayfair listings.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the project from product data preparation through to completed listings ready to sell.
