I need a Microsoft Word specialist to clean up and professionally format an existing document so it looks consistent, polished, and ready for distribution. The raw content is already written; what’s missing is cohesive styling—proper heading hierarchy, uniform fonts, correctly spaced paragraphs, a dynamic table of contents, and neat page numbering.

You’ll work directly in Word (desktop version, Windows) and return a fully formatted .docx file plus a PDF export. If you rely on custom styles or macros to streamline the process, please leave them embedded so I can reuse them later.
