Microsoft Power Apps – Construction Site & Compliance App

I am looking for someone to build **Stage 1 of a simple Site & Compliance App** for our construction company.

I am considering Microsoft Power Apps as we already use Microsoft, however I am open to advice if there is a better or simpler option.

## Stage 1

The app needs to include:

* SWMS & Insurance Document Library**
* View and email documents directly from the app
* Current Projects – select the job/site when completing forms
* Additional Works Form with photos and client digital signature
* Generate a PDF of the completed Additional Works form
* Notify the office when an Additional Works form is submitted
* Basic alerts when documents are due to expire
* Simple office dashboard showing expired or missing documents

The app needs to work on mobile phones, iPads/tablets and desktop.

#Who Will Use It
There will be three main users:
* Site Managers/Supervisors
* Field Workers
* Office/Admin

Different users may need different access.

For example, the office should be able to upload and replace documents (via desktop) while site employees mainly need to access the latest documents and complete site forms. (via ipad)

# Documents
The app should provide easy access to the latest:

* SWMS
* Insurances
* Safety/Company Policies
* Additional Works records

The office needs to be able to easily upload, update and replace these documents without needing the developer each time.

#Additional Works Form
The site form needs to include: (6 steps)

* Select project/job
* Who requested the additional work
* Description of works
* Labour / plant / materials required
* Photos
* Client name
* Client digital signature
* Automatic date/time
* Submit to office
* Generate a PDF record

The completed form should be saved against the relevant project/job.

#Stage 1 Deliverables
I require:

* A fully working app ready for us to use
* Set up within our Microsoft system
* Tested before handover
* Basic instructions or walkthrough showing us how to manage it
* Full ownership and administrator access provided to our company

We already have the **scope and screen mock-ups prepared**, which can be provided to shortlisted developers.

I am looking for someone with experienced in Building construction, safety or compliance apps would be an advantage.

Please provide examples of similar work, your recommended approach, estimated timeframe and **fixed price for Stage 1**.

If Stage 1 works well, we intend to develop further modules including: Daily Site Reports, Incident Reports, Toolbox Talks, Plant Pre-Starts and Employee Compliance.
