I need a production-ready Order Management System built entirely on Microsoft 365. The data backbone will live in SharePoint, the user experience will be delivered through Power Apps, and all process logic must run in Power Automate.
Core functionality
• Order tracking – from intake through dispatch, with status stamps and time-stamped audit trail.
• Automated notifications – email or Teams alerts at key milestones (new order, stage change, QA hold, shipment).
• Approval on 2-3 Stages.
• Role-based access – distinct views and permissions for Sales, Production, QA, Shipping and Management.
• Interactive dashboard – at-a-glance KPIs such as open orders, turnaround time and holds; surface it inside the app (embedded Power Apps charts).
• Reusable Power Automate workflows – clearly documented so internal IT can extend them later.
Deliverables
1. SharePoint list architecture (site, lists, columns, security groups).
2. Canvas or model-driven Power App with responsive layout, validation and inline search.
3. Power Automate flows for status changes, SLA reminders and escalation logic.
4. Dashboard page with live metrics.
5. Setup guide and commented source files.
Acceptance criteria
• All roles see only the data they are permitted to handle.
• Order status updates propagate in
