Microsoft 365 / Power Apps ISMS Awareness Quiz with Entra ID Authentication, Random Questions and Audit Records

We need an internal quiz built in Microsoft 365 using Power Apps that helps train employees on our Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Staff will launch it from their desktop browsers, sign in with their Entra ID (Azure AD) credentials, and answer a set of multiple-choice questions pulled at random from a larger question bank.

Core expectations:

• Entra ID single sign-on so each attempt is tied to the authenticated user
• True randomisation of questions and answer order on every run
• Immediate scoring with clear pass / fail feedback to the participant
• Behind-the-scenes audit logging: who took the quiz, when, score achieved, and the exact question set they received
• Storage of questions and results inside our Microsoft 365 tenant (Dataverse or SharePoint list)
• Simple admin screen that lets me add, edit, or retire questions without touching the main app
• Export or direct connection so I can analyse results later in Excel or Power BI

Acceptance criteria :

1. A working Power App delivered in our tenant that meets the above points.
2. Source tables / lists pre-populated with placeholder questions so I can see the flow end-to-end.
3. A short written hand-over guide covering configuration steps and how to maintain the question bank.

Experience with Power Apps or Microsoft 365 security-training work will speed up selection.
