I operate a cross-border e-commerce venture and I’m now building a solid presence in the Mexican market. To do this correctly I need a locally based professional who can walk me through every procedural and regulatory step that applies to online sellers in Mexico and who can coordinate the small but crucial administrative tasks that pop up along the way.

Here is what I expect us to cover:
• Clarify the exact requirements and workflow for opening and maintaining seller accounts on the major local marketplaces. My immediate focus could be Amazon México, Mercado Libre or even Linio, and I’ll rely on your insider knowledge of each platform’s rules, fees, limits and best practices.
• Explain local business obligations such as taxes, shipping regulations, payment settlement rules and any other compliance checkpoints that affect day-to-day operations.
• Prepare or review the documents I must submit to government offices, payment processors or courier partners; coordinate follow-ups when further verification is requested; and keep an eye on customer-service or order-fulfilment issues while the procedures are in progress.

All communication will be handled remotely—email, chat or video—so no in-person meetings are necessary.

Before we discuss time frames and payment terms please confirm the following in your proposal:
1. You are physically living in Mexico at this moment.
2. You are a Mexican resident with valid local identification that allows you to deal with business-related paperwork.

Once I verify these two points we can define milestones and settle on a fair fee structure. I look forward to working with someone who knows the Mexican e-commerce landscape inside out and can keep the administrative side running smoothly while I concentrate on growth.
