I need an administrative consultant who is already living in Mexico and understands local e-commerce procedures inside out. Your main focus will be to guide me through regulatory steps, handle required paperwork with Mexican authorities or service providers, and keep all documentation tidy and up to date so my online operation runs smoothly.

Because I’m most comfortable in English, you should be able to communicate clearly in that language; Spanish fluency is naturally welcomed when you deal with local entities. Day to day, the work will revolve around clarifying compliance rules, coordinating documents with customs or courier partners, and advising on best-practice workflows for order fulfilment and returns on whichever platform I expand to—whether that ends up being Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or a comparable system.

The engagement is structured as a one-time setup service followed by a modest monthly retainer for ongoing questions and light process checks.
