Concept Car Class-A Surfacing -- 2

We are a Swiss company developing a luxury brand that includes an electric concept car. We are looking for an experienced automotive Class-A surface modeler to create the complete 3D model of the car, exterior and interior. The data will be used by our prototype manufacturer to build a high-end display scale model and for presentation renders.

The design direction is approved and documented in a detailed design brief with reference renders, a CMF table and an indicative package. A few open design items (e.g. one shoulder edge, the rear shoulders, the roof) must be proposed by you and approved by us before detailed surfacing.

SCOPE
- Complete exterior: body, glazing, lights, wheels, badging
- All four doors opening (conventionally hinged), with hinge axes and opening angles
- Complete interior: seats, dashboard, steering wheel, door cards, centre console
- Brand details: topographic surface patterns, emblems, light signature

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- True Class-A surfaces in Alias or ICEM Surf (G2 minimum, G3 preferred) on all visible surfaces. Mesh, SubD or polygon models are NOT accepted.
- Zebra / curvature analysis delivered with each phase
- Modelling at 1:1 in millimetres; closed, watertight bodies; parts separated (body, each door, glazing, lights, wheels, interior parts, decorative elements)
- Export: STEP (AP214) and STL, plus native files
- CMF specification for every part (colour, material, finish)
- Assembly guide: exploded view and part list
- Orthographic views (front, rear, sides, top, bottom) and a final render set

WAY OF WORKING
The work is done in six phases (kick-off & package, proportion model, exterior surfacing, interior & doors, details & CMF, final data). Each phase starts only after our written approval of the previous one. Two revision rounds per phase are included; we give feedback within 3 working days.

CONFIDENTIALITY & RIGHTS
- An NDA must be signed before any design material is shared.
- All rights in the work are transferred in full to our company upon payment.
- No portfolio or social-media use without written consent.
