About the Role
We are seeking native Spanish speakers from Mexico to support our AI voice project for the Latin American market. You will help ensure our voice AI sounds natural and accurate for Mexican Spanish users.
Responsibilities
Phone Testing: Participate in AI/human outbound call testing, evaluate voice quality, Mexican Spanish pronunciation, and conversational naturalness
Localization Translation: Translate product content between Spanish (Mexican) and English/Chinese, adapting to Mexican dialect and cultural context
Messaging Testing: Conduct voice and SMS connectivity checks on messaging platforms
Requirements
Native speaker of Mexican Spanish, fluent in English
Keen attention to detail and ability to provide structured feedback
Reliable internet connection and smartphone
Available for ongoing freelance assignments (flexible hours)
Experience in translation, voice work, or QA testing preferred
