Meta/Facebook Ads Specialist for Consultation

I need an experienced Meta/Facebook Ads specialist for a short consultation and campaign review.

I run a local 4-month health and lifestyle program for men over 40 in Kristiansand, Norway.

I have already created a Meta Lead campaign myself.

Current setup:

* Objective: Leads
* Conversion location: Website
* Goal: Completed lead form on my website
* Target audience: Men aged 40–57 in the Kristiansand area
* Daily budget: Approximately NOK 100
* One campaign ad (with two ads) currently running
* Website and lead form are already live

I am NOT looking for someone to take over the advertising on a monthly basis.

What I need is an experienced person who can spend approximately 60–90 minutes with me on a screen-sharing call and review the setup.

I would like help checking:

* Campaign and ad set structure
* Meta Pixel / Lead event tracking
* Whether the campaign is optimizing for the correct conversion
* Audience settings
* Placements
* Budget and bidding
* The two current ads
* What metrics I should monitor during the first 1–2 weeks
* How to determine whether the ads are generating qualified leads, not just clicks
* Any obvious mistakes or improvements before I spend more money
* Tips and help with re-targeting

The service I am marketing is a premium local program, so lead quality is more important than generating a large number of cheap leads.
