**Project Title:** Full Setup of Meta WhatsApp Business API (Wati/AiSensy) for 18k Automotive Export Leads + Automation & Workflows
**Project Overview:**
We are transitioning 18,000 international automotive export contacts to a fully compliant Meta WhatsApp Business API system using Wati (or AiSensy). I need an experienced specialist to handle the complete end-to-end technical setup, database structure, template creation, automation rules, and campaign rollout.
#### Scope of Work & Deliverables
#### STEP 1: Business Account Verification & Setup
* Connect our official company registration (KVK / VAT) to Meta Business Manager and complete business verification.
* Link and activate our dedicated phone number on the Meta WhatsApp API via Wati/AiSensy.
#### STEP 2: Master Database Formatting & Import
* Clean, format, and import our 18,000 leads from Excel (Export_Contacten_Master.xlsx).
* Ensure correct mapping for the following required schema:
* Name (Contact or business name)
* Phone (Country code without +, spaces, or dashes — e.g., 355681234567)
* Country (e.g., Albania, Poland, Romania)
* Language (2-letter language code: AL, PL, RO, FR, DE, ES, EN)
#### STEP 3: Multilingual Opt-in Template Creation (with Media & Buttons)
* Create and submit dual-language templates for Meta approval (Local Language + English) targeted by region:
* Albania (AL): Albanian + English
* Poland (PL): Polish + English
* Romania (RO): Romanian + English
* General (EN): English (for all other regions)
* Header Requirement: Every template must include an Image Header (media placeholder for lot vehicle photos).
* Button Requirement (MANDATORY): Configure two Quick Reply buttons on every template:
* Button 1 (Positive): YES / PO / TAK / DA (localized per region)
* Button 2 (Opt-out): No thanks
#### STEP 4: Automation Rules & Instant Warm Welcome Setup (CRUCIAL)
You must configure the automated workflow rules inside the dashboard before launching any broadcasts:
* Positive Response Rule:
* Trigger: Customer clicks the positive button or replies with keywords (YES, PO, TAK, DA, OUI, SI).
* Action 1: Automatically assign the tag Export VIP.
* Action 2: Automatically send this exact warm welcome message immediately:
> "Thank you my friend!
> You are now officially on my VIP Buyers List!
> From now on, I will send you my newest car arrivals, full photos, and direct export prices right here before anyone else sees them.

* Trigger: Customer clicks No thanks or replies with unsubscribe keywords.
* Action: Assign tag Unsubscribed and block from future broadcasts to protect account health.
#### STEP 5: Phased Campaign Rollout (Meta Tier Scaling)
* Execute the opt-in broadcast in safe phases to comply with Meta tier limits and maintain a high Quality Score:
* Day 1: Broadcast to 1,000 contacts.
* Day 2: Broadcast to 3,000–5,000 contacts (following automatic Tier 2 expansion).
* Day 3–4: Broadcast to remaining database.
#### STEP 6: Mobile App Handover
* Ensure Wati/AiSensy mobile application is fully linked and configured on iOS (iPhone) so we can easily filter by the Export VIP tag and broadcast new inventory directly from our lot.
