Meta Lead Ads & Content Manager

I am new to digital marketing, i want someone who can run meta ads to grow my business. further the first ad will be to help me hire a content creator locally so that they can film/edit content for me, and after that to run ads for me to generate leads for my sales team on a monthly basis.
