Looking for MEP Engineering for the Tenant Improvement for a doctor's office in existing medical building:
1,300 s.f., California 2025 Code, Permit Set (Please provide MEP work sample)
HVAC / Mechanical: Air duct system to connect to the existing central HVAC sys., (HVAC layout, equipment schedule, ductwork, ventilation, load calculation, energy calculation)
Electrical: Ceiling Lights, Switch, Outlets, and install new electrical panel (lighting plan, power plan, panel schedule, single-line diagram, load calculation, energy calculation)
Plumbing: new restroom, breakroom, laundry machine, waterheater (domestic water, sanitary drainage, pipe sizing)
