I need a thorough, unbiased assessment of my current Beds24 configuration. Your task is to explore every corner of the platform—from the way guests and staff experience the interface, to how quickly pages render, all the way through to whether each advertised feature actually works as intended—and flag anything that slows us down or creates friction.

Scope
• User interface & experience: walk through common guest and admin journeys, note confusing screens, redundant clicks, inconsistent styling, or anything that could deter bookings.
• Performance & speed: measure load times, server response, and overall responsiveness under realistic traffic. Please back findings with repeatable metrics (e.g., Lighthouse, WebPageTest, or your preferred diagnostic tool).
• Functionality & features: test channel connections, rate updates, automated emails, payment flows, housekeeping tasks, and reporting. Highlight bugs, partial failures, or missed edge-cases.

Deliverable
A concise report (PDF or shared doc) that lists each issue, its impact, reproduction steps, and practical recommendations ranked by urgency. Screenshots or short screen captures are welcome where they make the problem obvious.

Acceptance criteria
• Clear separation of UI/UX, performance, and feature findings.
• At least one actionable recommendation per issue.
• All metrics reproducible with the tools you used.
• No breaking changes introduced on the live account while testing.

You will receive a sandbox login so you can dig in without risk. Feel free to use any additional testing plugins or monitoring scripts, just note them in the report. Once the audit is complete, we can discuss a follow-up phase for fixes, but for now the focus is strictly on identifying issues.
