MEP Engineering Design for Bali Restaurant

We're developing a restaurant in Uluwatu (Bali, Indonesia). The architectural design is done — we now need the full MEP engineering design (MEP only; structure is handled separately).

Project: ~1,450 m² over basement, ground floor, upper floor and roof terrace, with a commercial kitchen.

Scope (complete MEP design + calculations):

- Electrical + lighting + low voltage (CCTV, data/WiFi, audio, access control), generator, earthing, boards + single-line diagrams.
- HVAC (thermal-load calcs) + commercial kitchen extraction (hoods, airflow, ducts).
- Sanitary/drainage (black/grey/yellow) + stormwater, grease trap.
- Potable + service water (tanks, pumps, hydropack), gas.
- MEP coordination / overlay drawing + elevations/sections + equipment schedules + specs.

Requirements: proven MEP design experience — restaurant / commercial kitchen / hospitality a strong plus; deliverables in English (Indonesian a plus); CAD/BIM; immediate start.
