MEP Design for Complex Building

I’m looking for complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering support on a complex, multi-use building. The scope runs from concept through construction-ready documentation, so I’ll rely on you for coordinated calculations, drawings, and specifications that an architect, contractor, and local authority can immediately work with.

My priorities
• Integrated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing solutions that respect space constraints and energy codes.
• Clear, clash-free layouts with sizing calculations and equipment schedules.
• A single, well-structured drawing set (PDF + original CAD/BIM files) ready for permit submission and on-site installation.

To be considered, include a detailed project proposal outlining your approach, key milestones, software you’ll use (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, HAP, Dialux, or similar), and any assumptions you need clarified. Past work is welcome, but the proposal itself is essential—I’ll evaluate methodology, timeline, and deliverable clarity before awarding.
