Delphi Video Player UI Fixes

I’m maintaining a desktop video-player built with Delphi that stores its data in a Firebird database. Playback works fine; the frustrations are all in the interface.

Here’s what I need tackled:
• Buttons and controls – adjust sizes, icons, tool-tips and event handlers so every click behaves as expected and no exceptions pop up.
• Screen layout and design – clean up the frames and overall layout so each form renders cleanly on common Windows resolutions.
• General UI bug hunt – track down and squash any lingering glitches tied to these areas.

No changes to the playback engine or database schema; focus purely on the UI layer. Work directly in the existing Delphi project, comment all edits clearly, and provide the updated source plus a succinct changelog when finished.
