I am looking for a fresh set of expert eyes to run a detailed, independent review of the complete MEP package for a new G+2 villa with roof terrace (4 bedrooms, c. 354 m² BUA) in The Rise, Dubai. Your brief is straightforward: dissect the HVAC, electrical and plumbing designs, highlight any non-compliance with UAE and Dubai Municipality requirements, spot coordination clashes, and recommend practical improvements for performance and safety.
The full drawing set, schematics and load calculations will be provided in DWG/PDF format once we begin. I expect a concise report that includes:
• Mark-ups or annotated PDFs pinpointing every issue you find
• A summary matrix listing each comment, the relevant code reference, and your proposed fix
• A closing note confirming whether the design can be approved as-is once comments are closed
Please indicate the software you will use (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Hevacomp) and the codes you are most familiar with. A fast turnaround is appreciated; let me know your estimated review duration when you respond.
