Memorial Headstone Photo Editing

I have a photograph of my friend and her late husband that needs alterations {we need face corrections, ring corrections.} we would like to transfer onto a ceramic / porcelain oval for his headstone. Before it can be sent to the monument company it needs.
• I have a reference picture and that’s closest thing I got. But it doesn’t look like them at all... And then it says Randy Steel. When it needs to have the proper names being ((Randy Whitson Steel. Katey Rose Steel.))

And remove one or two of the texts about Katey being “still alive” ((they dont want it to say anything in that space)) ohh and my ring is wrong but I have a good picture you should be able to just crop and drag and drop into picture.

No colour work is necessary—just precise background work and element compositing so it prints flawlessly on ceramic. The final file must be high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi, ideally layered PSD plus a flattened TIFF/JPEG) and sized exactly to the template the engraver gave me.

Once I approve the proof, please deliver the production-ready file along with a version I can keep for archiving. Thanks for helping us create a lasting tribute.
