About the Role:
Snapscale is looking for an experienced Medical Virtual Assistant (Healthcare Virtual Assistant - HVA) to workdirectly with the team at a US-based direct primary care clinic. This role is for a registered nurse and plays a key part in ensuring a seamless patient experience through accurate scheduling, communication, and healthcare coordination. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for healthcare, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Communication, triage, scheduling, intake and registration
Manage incoming calls and messages
Triage patient messages — assess symptoms, provide guidance/care plans, or escalate to a provider
Prescription refills and orders
Enter orders for imaging, referrals, sleep studies, and more
Documentation & Records
Navigate and work the fax queue
Coordinating referrals & specialist appointments
Insurance verifications & pre-authorizations
