Local Event Research and Database Entry

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused freelancer to help research and upload local events into our online portal.

The role involves finding upcoming events in a specified local area and entering the relevant information accurately into our system.

Tasks will include:

* Researching upcoming local events from trusted online sources
* Entering event names, dates, times and locations
* Adding event descriptions and relevant links
* Uploading suitable event images where available
* Selecting the correct event categories
* Checking all information is accurate before publishing
* Avoiding duplicate event listings
* Keeping event information consistent and well formatted

We are looking for someone who:

* Has strong attention to detail
* Is confident using online portals and basic data-entry systems
* Can research information independently
* Has good written English
* Can follow clear formatting guidelines
* Is reliable and able to complete work consistently

Experience with data entry, event research, website content management or virtual assistant work would be an advantage.

We will provide clear instructions and examples of how each event should be entered.

There is potential for ongoing work for the right person, as new events will need to be added regularly.
