Medical Transcription for Doctor Dictations

I have a continuous stream of physician dictations recorded as MP3 files and I need them turned around quickly and accurately as polished Word documents. Every file relates to routine patient encounters, so correct medical terminology, proper section headings, and consistent formatting are essential.

Here’s what the assignment looks like day-to-day:
• I upload the next batch of MP3 audio to a shared folder.
• You transcribe and lightly proof each note, preserving headings (HPI, ROS, Assessment, Plan, etc.) and any template I provide.
• Completed Word files come back to me ready for direct import into the patient’s chart.

Accuracy and confidentiality matter more than sheer speed, but most files will be under 20 minutes and I appreciate a 24-hour turnaround whenever possible. Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant handling, medical abbreviations, and drug names will make the work go smoothly.
