I need a clear, litigation-ready timeline that maps every critical event in a malpractice case onto a set of presentation slides. You will work from three primary evidence pools I will supply: the complete medical record set, sworn witness statements, and filed legal documents. Within the medical files, the emphasis is on lab reports and imaging studies; those are the records that must anchor the dates, times, and clinical facts you place on the chronology.

Your job is to read each document, extract the event data, arrange it in strict chronological order, and build a slide deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides is fine) that lets a trial team see the entire case unfold at a glance. Each slide should note:
• Event date and time
• One-sentence description of what occurred
• Source reference (e.g., “MRI — 12 Mar 22,” “Deposition of Nurse Smith, p. 47”)

Keep design clean and courtroom-appropriate; no animation, minimal color, large readable fonts. I’ll supply a template if you prefer.

Deliverable acceptance criteria:
• Complete slide deck covering every event found in the supplied materials
• All dates verified against the original documents
• No unsupported inferences—only facts contained in the sources
• File delivered in .pptx (and shared link if built in Google Slides)

Confidentiality is critical; a signed NDA is required before I can release the files. Let me know your relevant experience and how quickly you can turn the first draft once the evidence package arrives.
