Mechanical Part Dimensional PDF Drawing

I have 4 different mechanical parts that need to be documented with a clear, accurate dimensional drawing. I only require a straightforward outline that highlights all key dimensions—no exploded views or complex annotations, just the essential measurements shown cleanly so anyone on the shop floor can reference it at a glance.

Please prepare the drawing in standard 2-D format and supply the final file as a high-resolution PDF. I’m happy to answer any questions about the part’s shape or critical tolerances before you begin so we can keep revisions to a minimum and move quickly to approval.

I can provide the physical samples which will help, this is why I seek someone local (around Minneapolis, Minnesota). The 15.75 with 9mm riser is our product. The "target example" is a little more detailed. I am looking for something in between the two drawings for details.
