I need an expert to assist with task tracking for a complicated M&E project using MS Project.
Key focus areas:
- EOT (Extension of Time) Claims: You will need to help manage and track these claims effectively.
- CE (Change Event) Implementation: While my primary focus is EOT claims, I also need support in tracking CE implementation.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Strong background in project management, especially in M&E projects
- Experience with EOT claims and CE implementation
