• Days 4 to 7: Slides 8 to 17
• Day 7: Mid-project review and progress file
• Days 8 to 10: Slides 18 to 27
• Days 11 to 13: Slides 28 to 36 and whole-deck consistency
• Day 14: Quality assurance, corrections and final editable delivery
Project Objective
Create the complete The Evidence of Us Trademark 36-slide Master Deck in accordance with the attached document, The Evidence of Us Master Deck Slide Creation Instructions, Version 3.2, dated 17 August 2026. The Version 3.2 document is the controlling production brief. The deck is fixed at exactly 36 slides, numbered 1 to 36, in the controlled sequence specified in the brief.
Primary Deliverable
The primary deliverable is one professionally designed, fully editable, 16:9 PowerPoint presentation containing exactly 36 slides. All slides must be suitable for presentation to government, policy, research, advocacy and institutional audiences.
Design Requirements
Follow the Version 3.2 design system consistently throughout the deck. Key requirements include a Soft Ivory background, Deep Plum primary colour, Antique Gold accent, Dusty Rose and Sage supporting colours, Georgia Bold for main titles, Arial for all other visible text, titles generally set at 35 to 40 pt, substantive text no smaller than 16 pt, clear visual hierarchy, professional spacing and alignment, and projection-readable design.
Do not solve overcrowding by reducing substantive text below the controlled minimum sizes. Recompose the layout instead.
Slide Numbers and Footers
Every slide must display its correct master slide number in the bottom-right footer area, using 12 pt Arial Bold in Antique Gold. The completed deck must display slide numbers 1 to 36. Slide numbers are required for review and cross-reference and must not be omitted.
Each slide must include the following footer content: bottom-left, Copyright 2026 Dhanushi Jayatileka | The Evidence of Us Trademark | All rights reserved; centre, THE EVIDENCE OF US - MEASURE. REVIEW. REFORM.; bottom-right, the correct master slide number.
Diagram Requirements
All diagrams must be created using editable PowerPoint shapes, text boxes, lines and native connectors. Do not flatten diagrams into screenshots or images. The only permitted non-editable brand assets are the supplied TEOU logo, monogram and official Evidence Cycle mark.
Connectors must sit behind diagram objects, avoid crossing visible text, show direction clearly where direction exists, visibly close genuine cycles and remain attached when objects are moved. Do not use gradients, shadows, bevels, 3D effects, stock photography or decorative clip art.
Controlled Wording
All material labelled VISIBLE WORDING - USE EXACTLY in Version 3.2 is controlled audience-facing wording. Reproduce names and terminology exactly, preserve capitalisation, do not rewrite or summarise controlled wording, do not introduce earlier or superseded terminology, and do not add content from the Architecture or Roadmap independently.
The BUILD SPECIFICATION and ACCEPTANCE CHECKS are designer instructions and must not be reproduced as audience-facing text.
Scope, Maturity and Boundary Labels
Reproduce the required scope, maturity and boundary labels shown on each individual slide-build page. These labels are part of the content and must remain visibly incorporated into the slide. Examples include PUBLIC CORE, SUPPORTING / SELECTIVE, DEVELOPED WORKING ARCHITECTURE, CONCEPT V0.1, PROPOSED - NOT ADOPTED and NOT VALIDATED OR OPERATIONALISED. These labels are not optional design decorations.
Slides 18, 20 and 21
The three previously developed test slides correspond to Master Slide 18, The Evidence Cycle Trademark; Master Slide 20, The Evidence of Us Systems Governance and Accountability Architecture Trademark; and Master Slide 21, SGAA Horizontal-Vertical Governance Matrix Trademark. The final Version 3.2 instructions and Appendix A wireframes now control these slides.
Use the wireframes as composition and layout references only. Do not reproduce the large MASTER SLIDE badges, right-hand Wireframe Notes panels, colour-key panels or placeholder wording that conflicts with Version 3.2. The exact VISIBLE WORDING in the individual Version 3.2 slide specification always overrides wording visible inside a wireframe.
Speaker Notes
All PowerPoint Notes panes must be blank. Do not include speaker notes. Any qualification, maturity statement, boundary or disclaimer required by Version 3.2 must appear visibly on the relevant slide.
Quality Assurance
Before final delivery, check the entire presentation for correct slide order, correct master slide numbers, exact wording, spelling, font size, alignment, clipping, connector placement, arrow direction, closed cycles, consistent footers, consistent colours and typography, projection readability and full editability. The final deck should not be submitted until the Version 3.2 Final Production Acceptance Checklist has been completed.
Review and Corrections
The project includes one consolidated reasonable correction round following delivery of the complete 36-slide draft. This correction round covers spelling or terminology errors, missing controlled content, incorrect slide numbering, incorrect status or boundary labels, alignment or clipping problems, incorrect connectors or arrows, and deviations from the Version 3.2 build specification.
The correction round does not include unlimited redesign or substantial new concepts introduced after approval of the controlling Version 3.2 brief. If a requested change is a genuine change to the approved specification rather than a correction of the delivered work, it will be identified separately before additional work is undertaken.
Progress Checkpoint
Please send the editable working PowerPoint file after approximately Slides 1 to 17 have been completed. This is a progress check only and is intended to catch any recurring design or interpretation issue before the remaining deck is built. Do not stop and wait for approval after every individual slide unless a requirement is genuinely unclear.
Final Files Required
• One fully editable PowerPoint file containing exactly 36 slides.
• One PDF preview of the complete presentation.
• Any separate editable design or source file created specifically for this project, if applicable.
Intellectual Property
All original PowerPoint design work and presentation deliverables created specifically for this project are assigned to Dhanushi Jayatileka / The Evidence of Us Trademark upon payment, excluding any pre-existing third-party materials properly licensed for use.
No TEOU content, diagrams, methods, terminology, branding or unpublished project materials may be reused, published, distributed, sold, included in templates, displayed in portfolios or supplied to another person without written permission.
Important Before Commencing
Please review the attached Version 3.2 Master Deck Slide Creation Instructions in full before starting.
By accepting the project, please confirm that you can complete all 36 slides, follow the controlled wording and build specifications, create the required diagrams independently in PowerPoint, keep all diagram elements editable, deliver within 14 calendar days, and complete the project for the agreed fixed price of AUD 100 total.
