US Virtual Event Emcee

I need an experienced, US-based emcee to host a live, online educational panel discussion that will run for roughly 1–2 hours. Your role is to keep the conversation flowing, set an engaging tone from the opening greeting through the closing remarks, and make sure each panelist shines while the schedule stays on track.

Ahead of the broadcast, I’ll share the run-of-show, speaker bios, talking points, and any housekeeping notes. A short tech rehearsal is expected so we can confirm audio, lighting, and screen-sharing cues on the chosen platform (likely Zoom, though I’m flexible with Teams or Webex if that’s your preference).

Deliverables:
• Energetic live hosting for the full session
• Smooth speaker introductions, transitions, and audience Q&A moderation
• Timekeeping to ensure we wrap within the allotted window
• A brief post-event debrief (10–15 min) to review wins and any next-step remarks
