DESIGN BRIEF
We are looking for marketing materials for three distinct businesses, each with a different focus, style, and presentation.
At this stage, we are reaching out to freelancers to request a quick mock-up of the proposed design and presentation style for each business. This will allow us to review the overall direction and determine whether the style aligns with our business and branding.
Once the initial design direction is agreed upon, we can then proceed to discuss the scope of work, content, and other related requirements.
Background
I2r have a unique suite of products and we now have a requirement to produce marketing collateral that’ll support our sales strategies in the field, in the office and online. We envisage it’ll be a mix of print and pdf at this point, however will require website integration. We would like to retain the i2r logo and design themes, however a visual transformation is required to change the appearance to a bright and vibrant look with a fine, slim line appearance that personifies intelligent design.
How we would use this marketing collateral
• Sales team will provide a client with a physical i2r product brochure relevant to their enquiry during a sales call.
• Sales team will email an electronic version of our product brochure to a client who wishes to receive information via email or may wish to download from the website
• I2r can display these brochures on a rack in our offices or at a promotional stand whilst exhibiting.

• Industrial, Mining and Construction
Project Managers, Operations Managers, Architects, Engineers, Mine Managers, Procurement Officers and Managers, Technical Officers, Asset Managers, Business Development Managers
• Residential (Commercial and Private clients)

3. Marketing materials must be tailored uniquely for each business without sharing the same design brief across them.
